Shipping Policy

 

US Orders

We provide free shipping on all US orders of $100 or more.  US orders that are less than $100 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $4 per order. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground (at our discretion) within 2 business days of order completion and receipt of payment. The amount of time it takes for your order to reach you depends on your location and the transit time within the USPS or UPS system, so we cannot guarantee a specific delivery window.  We do not offer any expedited or overnight shipping options at this time.

 

Canada Orders

All orders shipped to Canada will be charged a flat shipping fee of $30 USD to cover the cost of postage. Buyer is responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes to the carrier prior to or upon receipt of the package. Shipments to Canada will be via USPS/Canada Post or UPS Ground and will ship out within 2 business days of order completion and receipt of payment. Delivery timeframes from the US to Canada are typically 7 to 10 business days, but can be longer depending on your location, time required to clear customs, etc. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery window and do not offer expedited delivery options at this time.

 

International Orders (outside US and Canada)

We currently do not support orders that will ship directly from our warehouse to addresses outside of the US and Canada. If you are located outside of the US or Canada and would like to place an order, we recommend setting up an account with a US-based freight forwarder (such as Forward2Me at www.forward2me.com) who can provide you with a US address and account # that you can enter as your delivery address at checkout. We will then process your shipment as a US delivery and ship it to the freight forwarder’s US address. You will then work with the freight forwarder to have the package shipped to your international address. The freight forwarder will assist with creating the necessary customs paperwork and will charge you separately for any applicable international shipping charges, duties, taxes, etc.

 

Warranty

All of our products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty (from the date of purchase or date of shipment, whichever is later) against manufacturer’s defects. For the purpose of this policy, manufacturer’s defects may include any defects in materials or workmanship that affect the performance or usability of the product. Manufacturer’s defects may include improper assembly, defective materials or components, and other similar issues not caused by customer’s use of the product. If you feel you have received a defective item, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for instructions on how to request a refund or exchange.

Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear (such as rips, tears, abrasions, punctures, stains, broken straps or buckles, etc.), mold and/or mildew due to improper storage, items that are lost or stolen, or any similar damage or defects that are caused by customer’s use or handling of the product.

In addition to this 1-year limited warranty, we allow returns for refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase for any item(s) that are in like-new condition and in their original packaging. Refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for details and instruction on how to request a return authorization.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Please submit return/refund requests (along with a description of your issue, pictures, and/or any other supporting documentation) to contact@wildtechgear.com prior to returning any merchandise.  This will allow us to confirm that the order is eligible for a refund or exchange, issue you a return authorization number, and ensure that any refunds get credited to the proper account upon receipt of the returned item.  Return requests should include your name, date of purchase, item and quantity to be returned, a description of the issue or reason for the return, and applicable Order ID, receipt, or other valid proof of purchase that will allow us to confirm your date of purchase.

For defective items covered by our 1-year limited warranty (items that are determined by us to contain defects in materials or manufacturer’s workmanship not caused by use of the product), we will repair or exchange the item at no cost to you, or issue a full refund for the item if a suitable replacement item is not available. For items covered by our warranty, we will issue you a return label and cover the cost of shipping for the return. We will also ship any replacement item to you at no charge. Returns of defective items require an approved return authorization before the items are returned to us (see above on how to request a return authorization). No restocking fees will be charged for returns of defective items.

For all other return requests not involving defective items (such as items purchased by mistake, purchase of incorrect sizes, unwanted gifts, etc.), we allow returns for refund or exchange of any items that are in like-new condition and in their original packaging. All items being returned in like-new condition for refund or exchange must obtain a return authorization within 60 days of purchase or receipt of shipment (whichever is latest), and must be received by us in a condition that will allow us to offer the product for resale. All item(s) must be received by us before any refunds or exchanges will be processed, and the customer is responsible for all postage or shipping charges for returned items (shipping charges incurred by customers on returned items are non-refundable). In addition, items returned for a refund (except for defective items covered by our limited warranty) will be assessed a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. No returns/refunds will be processed if the return request is received later than the dates stated above. Items returned because an incorrect size was purchased may only be returned for an exchange one time. After that, no additional returns or exchanges for that item will be allowed.

Returns that are received by us without a valid return authorization may not be processed and may be disposed of. Please do not return any merchandise until you have obtained a valid return authorization.
